This is a part time clinic, operates only on designated dates. New enrollments are given an appointment after a phone interview. Established patients are given an appointment at the time of their clinic visit. It can be found on your visit note.

Directions:

Clinic can be approached from Hwy 121, take the Norwood Drive exit, and go North on Norwood Drive. When you see the First Baptist Church on your left, slow down and look for the road called Norwood Plaza opposite the church. This is a cul-de-sac … at the end you will see 1852 Norwood Plaza, a two storeyed brick building.

Parking is difficult as most spots are taken by the other tenants in the building. That is why I prefer to see patients after 3pm and on Saturdays.
